The RoomFit Method is our in‑home space + style + access mapping system that locks in fit, flow, and finish before a single board is cut.
Here’s how it works:
Style Matching
We look at your floors, walls, lighting, and existing furniture, then walk you through reclaimed barnwood options, leg styles, and finishes to match or intentionally contrast.
Result: your table looks “meant to be here,” not like a random online purchase.
Access & Install Plan
We plan how the table will enter and be assembled in your home, so there are no “it won’t fit through the door” surprises on install day.
Then we send you a simple RoomFit design packet to approve: size, shape, leg style, finish, and final price.
Once you approve, you’re done. We go to work.

Fits‑Your‑Space‑or‑We‑Fix‑It Guarantee
If your table doesn’t fit the intended space or match the approved specs due to our error, we:
- Adjust or modify the table where possible, or
- Rebuild a new table to the correct specs, or
- Refund the project if it can’t reasonably be corrected.
You used our RoomFit consult, approved the design, and didn’t remodel the room afterward? You’re covered.

On‑Time Install $200 Credit
You get a 2‑hour install window on your scheduled date.
If we miss that window for reasons within our control, you get an automatic $200 credit (or refund if you’ve already paid in full).
